Gift cards purchased online will be sent electronically. If you wish to purchase a physical gift card, please call us at (815) 223-4200.
Gift cards can be used online or in-store.
If you wish to use an online purchased gift card in-store, simply present the QR code provided in your email at checkout, and the gift card can be applied to your in-store purchase.
If you do not receive within 24 hours, please contact customerservice@kelleycawley.com.
-Any orders shipping outside of the US are not eligible for our $7 Flat Rate or Free Shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are determined by product weight and distance of shipping-
