Here is how we do so:

Price Matching
We compare prices on our items and may display limited-time price matching on selected items on our website. Or, if you find an item we offer for a lower price at a selected competitor, we will meet that price at time of purchase.

Price Adjustments After Purchase
Price adjustments are not available after purchase. 

Our ability to price match is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The item must be identical in color and size
  • The item must be in stock at a selected competitor
  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers
  • We do not offer price matches on items from outlet, flash sale, auction, club, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers
  • We do not process automated price matching generated by third-party services
  • We will only make one price match/adjustment per item
  • If requesting a price match in one of our stores, you must bring a current advertisement or a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website
  • Additional category, brand or product exclusions may apply

Pricing Errors
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Shopping Bag
Items in your Shopping Bag reflect the current price displayed on the item's product details page. Please note: this price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Bag.

Our merchandise is offered for sale by Kelley Cawley for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell to any person who we believe may be purchasing for resale.
