HEATHER
{aka the trend whisperer, team captain, and boutique heartbeat.}
Heather’s story with Kelley Cawley goes way back to the early 2000s. After working as the store manager for over a decade, she stepped into the role of store owner in 2022. Fashion has always been her love language, but her customers are what truly drive everything she does. For her, owning a small business is about connection—getting to know her customers and creating an experience that feels warm, personal, and worth coming back for.
Her look blends boho, rocker edge, and comfy athleisure (Vuori forever). She’s a proud mom of two, rarely without coffee, a serious popcorn enthusiast, and a full-on Disney fanatic. And yes—she got married in Vegas, which pretty much sums up her vibe. ✨
Emma
{aka the outfit matchmaker, styling mvp, and sales floor vibe setter}
Emma has been our Sales Manager since 2015 and is the powerhouse behind the sales floor. She knows every piece in the store, keeps everything running smoothly, and makes every customer feel like they have their own personal stylist. With her warm energy and sharp eye for detail, she brings both heart and hustle to everything she does.
Style-wise, it’s either heels or athleisure—no in-between. Snowstorm? Heels. Nine months pregnant? Still heels. When she does switch it up, it’s only for her coziest matching set. She’s a proud mom of two, a creature of habit in the best way, and a total true crime junkie who’ll solve the case before the documentary’s halfway done. 👠✨
Nicole
{aka the keeper of the captions, content queen, and digital heartbeat}
Nicole has been part of Kelley Cawley since 2007 and stepped into her full-time role as Social Media & E-Commerce Manager in 2021. If it stopped your scroll, chances are she posted it because she’s behind the captions, content, new arrival drops, and overall online vibe—bringing the in-store experience to the world wide web and making sure the fun doesn’t stop once you leave the store.
Usually found wearing a band tee with a book in hand, she brings creativity, humor, and heart (powered by energy drinks, concert memories, and whatever Lorelai Gilmore would do) while keeping our online world effortlessly stylish. 🎟️📱⚡️
